This package is for old and new cPanel installations which have never been given an overhaul. Twice a month a WATSYS technician will log into your cPanel server and:
- Ensure that all the settings that were put in place during the intial cPanel Service Pack are still in place and functioning

- Take some server metrics and preliminary log analysis to see if there are any obvious issues affecting the performance of your server
- Upgrade all of the scripts installed during your cPanel Service Pack if there any upgrades available
